Responsibilities

As a Solution Delivery Manager at Norteam, you are their clients' strategic partner in IT. You are responsible for ensuring that Norteam's delivery supports the client's business goals and long-term development, becoming a central link between the client and Norteam's internal technical team. You build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular check-ins and strategic meetings, where you plan upcoming initiatives together.

The role involves a proactive approach where you identify areas for improvement, suggest solutions, and ensure that the client maximizes the value of their IT investments. You follow up on issues, analyze patterns, and initiate actions that reduce support volume and improve delivery quality. You ensure that technical documentation is updated and clear, and provide technical advice based on the client's needs with a focus on the Microsoft ecosystem. You also have an important commercial role where you identify development and upselling opportunities with existing clients.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Experience in a customer or user-facing role within IT

• Broad technical understanding of Microsoft environments

• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and network solutions

• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
